Personal Computer Preferred Suppliers
The Office for Supply Management Services is pleased to announce awards of multiple contracts to the following suppliers for personal computers.

These contracts offer Cornell a variety of choices, superior pricing, and superior service. In the case of the Cornell University preferred supplier, Dell offers the deepest discounts and most cost-competitive arrangement. If their products or services do not meet your needs, we have established contracts with four alternative suppliers, but with lower discounted rates when compared to the preferred supplier agreement.
These suppliers offer the following benefits:
- Discounted pricing based on Cornell's total volumes
- Easy ordering, because all vendors and contracts are endorsed by Cornell's Office for Supply Management Services. In most cases, no further bidding is required
- Experienced sales staff with regular, on-campus representation
These contracts are the result of the Strategic Sourcing Project for Finance Workforce Planning, led by purchasing agent Debra Benson, assisted by a team including representatives from CIT, Office of IT, Cornell Business Services, Cornell Computing directors, and Administration, Facilities, and Finance.
