How to Obtain Information on Products and Pricing
	Obtain contract pricing by contacting customer service.  For bids/quotes, call the Lab Team.
How to Place an Order
	Orders may be placed by fax, by phone, or by mail with a purchase order, or you may place orders via the web or by phone with a procurement card.  Blanket orders are also accepted.
Other Applicable Charges
	All freight, special handling, and hazardous materials charges are prepaid and added to the invoice for Cornell to pay.
Cancellation and Return Policy
	Cornell may cancel any stock orders before shipment without penalty. Orders requiring custom packaging or formulations cannot be cancelled without approval from Sigma-Aldrich.  Any costs associated with the production of a custom order that is cancelled will be the responsibility of the customer.
