e-SHOP Training
There are several ways in which users can learn about e-SHOP and continue to stay up to date on the features in e-SHOP.
- Online Webex training sessions

- Hands-on training sessions for business service centers

e-SHOP has adopted the use of Webex, an online training tool, which allows individuals to receive live interactive training from their own office or home computer.
Please see the below instructions to register and attend one of the sessions that meets your schedule.
- Go to http://cornell.webex.com/
.
- Enter "e-SHOP" in the search field (the hyphen is required) to bring up a list of all the scheduled sessions.
- Select an appropriate session. The titles of the sessions will describe the type of training being offered. Click on the "Register" link, and enter the required information (your First Name, Last Name & Email Address)
- Click on the REGISTER button
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail message that contains the meeting password and instructions for joining the meeting.
- If you cannot attend any of the scheduled sessions, you may want to access the recorded session available below.
After attending the session, all new users are required to take a short test to affirm the understanding of the basics of e-SHOP. Go to the e-SHOP quiz .
Upon scoring 80% or more on the test, you will receive e-mails with your log-in information and will be able to access e-SHOP.
