 Request for Bid Solicitation Form
This form provides the means of notifying the Office for Purchasing Services when there is a need to issue requests for pricing and/or specifications (RFP/BID). The user department can complete this online form with all the required information and submit it directly to the appropriate purchasing team.



 Copier Bid Solicitation Form
This form should be used to request solicitation for a new copy machine. Please complete all information.



 Graphic/Printing Bid Solicitation Form
